Name: Arguello, Alexis Pinback
History: Alexis Arguello was born on April 19, 1952 in Managua, Nicaragua. He won the WBA Featherweight Title on November 23, 1974 in a bout with Ruben Olivares. On January 28, 1978 he won the WBC Super Featherweight Title from Alfredo Escalera. He retired after a February 9, 1986 bout with Bill Costello with a final record of 80-6 with 65 KO's.
