Cassius Clay won the Olympic Gold Medal in the Light Heavyweight Division at the Summer Olympics in Rome in 1960. He went on to become a 3 time Heavyweight Champion as a professional postings victories over Sonny Liston, George Foreman and Leon Spinks. Perhaps best remembered in the ring for his 3 epic battles with Joe Frazier. In 1983 Topps put out a card to commemorate Clay's victory in the 1960 Olympic Games.
This card,number 92 in the set has been rated by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) as a Grade 8 NM-MT. 2 1/2" x 3 1/2". Beautiful color. Sharp corners. Clean front and back. Just slightly off centered.
