Pete Latzo was born on August 1, 1902 in Coloraine, Pennsylvania. He defeated Mickey Walker on May 20, 1926 to win the World Welterweight Title. He fought Tommy Loughran for the World Light Heavyweight Title but was not victorious. He retired after losing to Teddy Yarosz on June 5, 1934 with a final record of 76-37-6 with 28 no decisions, 1 no contest and 25 KO's. Presented here is a signed contract that he and Charles Johnston have signed.
Pete Latzo and Charles Johnston have boldly signed this 8" x 13" contract in black ink. There are 4 horizontal creases where the contract was folded. There are rips along the top edge and bottom and there are smaller rips along the crease edges.
