Baer,Max-Carnera Wirephoto 1934

Max Baer fought Primo Carnera on June 14, 1934 for the World Heavyweight Title. Baer won by TKO in the 11th round. This was one of the most brutal fights in heavyweight championship history. Carnera absorbed a horrible beating before the fight was finally halted. Presented here is an original wirephoto at the weigh-in.
