HISTORY: Oscar de la Hoya was born on February 4, 1971 in East Los Angeles, California. He won the Olympic Gold Medal in 1992 in the lightweight division. He won the IBF Lightweight Title in 1995 and the WBC Super Lightweight Title from Julio Cesar Chavez in 1996. In 1997 he defeated Pernell Whitaker to win the WBC Welterweight Title. Presented here is a signed boxing glove by Oscar De La Hoya. Signed at a Golden Boy Promotions press conference for an event in Arizona which included the son of Bernard Hopkins on the show.
FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, red leather, right hand boxing glove with Everlast label at wrist and backhand. Boldly signed in bloack sharpie on backhand, "Oscar De La Hoya." Includes laces. 10 ounce glove. No noticeable flaws. 12 inches long.
