Billy Graham was born on September 9, 1922 in New York City. He began his professional career on April 14, 1941. He retired in 1955 with a career mark of 102-15-9. He was never stopped. Had victories over Joey Giardello, Carmen Basilio, Kid Gavilan, and Art Aragon. Lost a highly controversial decision to Kid Gavilan attempting to win the World Welterweight Title. Presented here is an original promotional photograph of a young Billy Graham which he has signed and inscribed. From the collection of former Boxing Illustrated writer Ralph Pollack who had the photograph signed by Billy Graham in the mid 1940's at Stillman's Gym in New York City.
