On December 20,1913 Sam Langford met Joe Jeannette for the Heavyweight Title as recognized by the French Boxing Federation in Paris,France.Langford would win the title win a decison in a 20 round bout.Presented here is an antique photo from the bout with both fighters in the ring.
This antique photo measures 5 inches by 7 inches.The photo has wear on the bottom two corners.The other corners and edges show minor wear,no creases.The back has a small section of paper and glue residue,black marker and printing in French.the images are clean.
