On February 19, 1991 at the Kemper Arena in Kansas City, Missouri rising heavyweight star Tommy "The Duke" Morrision fought former champion Pinklon Thomas in the main event. Morrision stopped Thomas in the first round. On the undercard world middleweight champion Mike McCallum fought Frank Minton in a non title match. McCallum stopped Minton in the 4th round.
