HISTORY: On October 29, 1993 at the Civic Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma WBO heavyweight champion Tommy Morrison defended his title against Michael Bentt. Morrison risked a huge payday to fight Lennox Lewis, but took this fight over the protests of his management for short money. It turned out to be a disastrous decision. Bentt stopped Morrison in the very first round to win the title. In the co-feature James Toney defended his IBF super middleweight title winning a 12 round unanimous decision over Tony Thornton. Offered here is an original souvenir clapper which was put out in the arena.
FULL DESCRIPTION: This is a souvenir, plastic clapper which names the fighters, promoter, and date. Made by Gimme Five Clapper. Completely intact with original wrist string. Clean. Bold color and print. Irregularly shaped to 3 3/8" x 8 1/2."
