ALI, MUHAMMAD ORIGINAL BLACK LITE POSTER (1975)

Muhammad Ali was born on January 17, 1942 in Louisville, Kentucky. He won the World Heavyweight Title from Sonny Liston on February 25, 1964. He announced his retirement in February of 1970 but was back in the ring later that October. He won the NABF Heavyweight Title On July 26, 1971 in a bout with Jimmy Ellis. He regained the World Heavyweight Title when he fought George Foreman in Zaire on October 30, 1974. He retired after losing to Trevor Berbick on December 11, 1981 with a final record of 56-5 with 37 KO's. Offered here is an original 1975 issued black lite poster of Muhammad Ali, likely issued after his stunning victory over George Foreman to win the heavyweight title.
This is an original, paper and fabric, black lite poster. Issued by Poster Original Inc. of Hollywood, California in 1975 and has there logo on bottom border. Bold color and print. Bold raised fuzzy finish on his arm, chest, neck and hair. Has some discoloration on the lower white border. Minor chip in lower right corner. Not creased or torn. 22 1/2" x 34."
