On November 13, 1953 welterweight champion Kid Gavilan defended his title against Johnny Bratton at Chicago Stadium in Chicago. Bratton suffered a severe whipping and would have been justified in giving up the fight after twelve rounds, but he perservered losing a unanimous fifteen round decision to Gavilan. Offered here is an original, stubless ticket to the event.
This original, stubless ticket names both fighters. Clean front and back. One mild crease. Minor edge and corner wear. Bold color. 1 7/8" x 3 1/2."
