History: Pete Latzo was born on August 1, 1902 in Coloraine, Pennsylvania. He defeated Mickey Walker on May 20, 1926 to win the World Welterweight Title. He fought Tommy Loughran for the World Light Heavyweight Title but was not victorious. He retired after losing to Teddy Yarosz on June 5, 1934 with a final record of 76-37-6 with 28 no decisions, 1 no contest and 25 KO's. Full description: This is an original collage consisting of two 7" x 9" photos of Latzo in full fight pose and working in the mines. Framed with an original paper, promotional poster which pictures Pete Latzo and which contains a brief biography and his record. All are clean with tears or soiling Poster has original folds. Poster is 12" x 18 1/2." Matted and framed to 25" x 26 1/2."
