History: Pete Latzo was born on August 1, 1902 in Coloraine, Pennsylvania. He defeated Mickey Walker on May 20, 1926 to win the World Welterweight Title. He fought Tommy Loughran for the World Light Heavyweight Title but was not victorious. He retired after losing to Teddy Yarosz on June 5, 1934 with a final record of 76-37-6 with 28 no decisions, 1 no contest and 25 KO's. Presented here is an original antique photo of Pete Latzo training for his fight with Larry Johnson. It is an International Newsreel Photo.
Full description: This original antique photo of Pete Latzo training his 6" x 8." The corners are slightly soft and there are small creases along the edges. There is a crease in the upper left side. Clean image with no rips or tears.
