HISTORY: On June 10, 1955 at the War Memorial in Syracuse, New York world welterweight champion Tony DeMarco defended his title against local favorite Carmen Basilio. Basilio stopped DeMarco in the 12th round to win the title.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, souvenir cigarette case which was made by Elgin. Engraved on the front, 1955 BASILIO VS DEMARCO. The case opener works perfectly and the cigarette holder inside is present in perfect condition. Made of gold colored base metal. 3" x 4."
