HISTORY: On October 21, 1932 at Legion Stadium in Hollywood, California future world heavyweight champion James Braddock fought Tom Patrick in the featured fight on the show. Patrick won a 10 round decision. According to the Los Angeles Times, Patrick was an easy winner, taking nine out of the ten rounds. A right hand to Braddock's nose in the 5th round, caused his nose to bleed for the remainder of the fight. This was a difficult period for Braddock who was struggling during the Depression according to his wife even getting adequate food to eat. 

Offered here is an exceptionally rare, original, official program for this event.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, official program which consists of 12 pages complete including covers. Lists all the fights on the show. Not scored or written on. Tight binding. No center crease, but does have a mild fold on front cover near the left edge. No tears. Clean inside and out. 6" x 9 1/4."
