HISTORY: On January 15, 1990 George Foreman and Gerry Cooney fought at the Atlantic City Convention Center in New Jersey. Both men were trying to establish comebacks into significant positions in the heavyweight division. This was Foreman's 20th fight since beginning his comeback in 1987 and he made quick work of Cooney stopping him in the second round with very accurate power punches.
