Floyd Patterson and Ingemar Johansoon fought for the second time on June 20, 1960 at the Polo Grounds in New York. This time a more determined and aggressive Patterson took control of the fight. In the fifth round Johansson was dropped. He rose, but was battered and stopped with a tremendous left hook. Floyd Patterson had made boxing history by becoming the first man to lose and regain the heavyweight title. Presented here is a letterhead from this bout.
This letterhead is 8 1/2" x 11" and pictures both fighters. There are small creases along the edges and there is a longer crease in the center. No rips or tears.
