HISTORY: Willie Pep was born on September 19, 1922 in Middletown, Connecticut. He won the World Featherweight Title from Chalky Wright on November 20, 1942. He lost the title on September 8, 1950 to Sandy Saddler. He retired after losing to Calvin Woodland on March 16, 1966 with a final record 230-11-1 with 65 KO's.
