Retzlaff prevailed winning a unanimous 8 round decision. Offered here are the original fight contracts for this bout. Charley Retzlaff has signed his contract. Jack Roper's contract has been signed by Roper's manager Jack O'Keefe for Roper.
These are the individual, one page, fight contracts which include the purses, date of fight and venue. Bold ink signature of Retzlaff and a representative of Chicago Stadium on his contract and a bold ink signature of Roper's manager and a representative of Chicago Stadium on his contract.
