On January 30, 1938 at Hanseatenhalle in Hamburg, Germany former world heavyweight champion Max Schmeling fought Ben Foord in the main event. Schmeling prevailed winning a 12 round decision. Offered here is an original, full, unused ticket for this event.
This is an original, full, unused ticket which names the fighters and includes a section, row and seat number. Stub attached. Mild center crease. Minor edge and corner wear. Minor soiling a small stain at upper left corner. Rare, the only example we have seen. 4 1/8" x 6 1/2."
