HISTORY: On November 22, 1986 WBC Heavyweight Champion Trevor Berbick defended his title against undefeated challenger "Iron" Mike Tyson. The fight at the Las Vegas Hilton in Las Vegas, Nevada ended quickly as Tyson knocked Berbick out in the second round.
Offered here is an original, first generation, type 1 photograph of Mike Tyson on the airplane home after winning the title from Trevor Berbick. Tyson is pictured with his co manager Jimmy Jacobs and the wife of co manager Bill Cayton, Doris Cayton. Jimmy Jacobs is holding a picture of a very young Tyson while Tyson is wearing his newly won championship belt.
