Jack Dempsey fought Luis Firpo on September 14, 1923 in defense of his World Heavyweight Title. Dempsey knocked Firpo out in the 2nd round, in one of the most exciting and historic fights in boxing history. Presented here is an antique photo from this bout.
This antique photo from the Dempsey-Firpo bout is 8" x 10." There are small creases in the corners and along the edges. There are larger creases in the center of the photo. No rips or tears.
