HISTORY: Alexis Arguello was born on April 19, 1952 in Managua, Nicaragua. He won the WBA Featherweight Title on November 23, 1974 in a bout with Ruben Olivares. On January 28, 1978 he won the WBC Super Featherweight Title from Alfredo Escalera. He retired after a February 9, 1986 bout with Bill Costello with a final record of 80-6 with 65 KO's. Alexis Arguello passed away suddenly on July 1, 2009. Offered here is a boxing glove signed by Arguello.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is a red leather, left hand boxing glove with gold Everlast label at the wrist. Signed across the backhand, "Alexis A," in black sharpie. No noticeable flaws. Clean. 12 inches long. From the collection of the manager of Ruben Olivares who obtained the signature at the International Boxing Hall Of Fame.
