HISTORY: Carmen Basilio was born on April 2, 1927 in Canastota, New York. He won the World Welterweight Title on June 10, 1955 from Tony DeMarco. He won the World Middleweight Title from Ray Robinson on September 23, 1957. He retired after losing to Paul Pender on April 22, 1961 with a final record of 56-16-7 with 27 KO's. Presented here is a signed boxing glove of Carmen Basilio.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is a red leather, right hand boxing glove with gold Everlast label at the wrist. Signed across the backhand, "Carmen Basilio," in black sharpie. No noticeable flaws. Clean. 12 inches long. From the collection of the manager of Ruben Olivares who obtained the signature at the International Boxing Hall Of Fame.
