HISTORY: Carlos Teo Rosario Cruz (November 4, 1937 – February 15, 1970) was a boxer from the Dominican Republic. Cruz was world lightweight champion from 1968 to 1969. He is the older brother of former super bantamweight world champion of boxing, Leo Cruz.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, white, lined index card signed and inscribed by Carlos Teo Cruz. Written in ink, "Dear Jerry My most thrilling moment in my career was my win over Frankie Narvaez. I had really beat him in our first fight but the referee refused to call a knockdown, when I hit Frankie. He called it a slip and it gave Frankie the fight. Now I feel like I've beat him twice. Regards Teo Cruz." Not creased or torn. Clean. 3" x 5." Rare signature.
