FULLMER, GENE SIGNED BOXING GLOVE

HISTORY: Gene Fullmer was born on July 21, 1931 in West Jordan, Utah. He won the World Middleweight Title on January 2, 1957 from Ray Robinson. He later won the NBA Middleweight Title in a bout with Carmen Basilio on August 28 1959. He announced his retirement on July 23, 1964 with a final record of 55-6-3 with 24 KO's. Presented here is a signed glove of Gene Fullmer.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is a red leather, left hand boxing glove with gold Everlast label at the wrist. Signed across the backhand, "Gene Fullmer," in black sharpie. No noticeable flaws. Clean. 12 inches long. From the collection of the manager of Ruben Olivares who obtained the signature at the International Boxing Hall Of Fame.
