FULL DESCRIPTION: Rex Layne has boldly signed the lined part of this 3" x 5" index card in black pen. He has inscribed it, "With My Best Rex Layne 4-15-75." No creases, rips or tears. There is a small stain in the lower right corner. Clean signature.
