Hector "Macho" Camacho was born on May 24, 1962 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He won the NABF Super Featherweight Title on December 11, 1981 from Blaine Dickson. He won the WBC Super Featherweight Title on November 18, 1983 from Rafael Solis. On April 29, 1985 he won the NABF Lightweight Title in a bout with Roque Montoya. Later that August, he fought Jose Luis Ramirez and won the WBC Lightweight Title. He briefly retired after fighting C. Boza-Edwards on September 26, 1986 with a final record of 30-0 with 15 KO's. He ended his retirement and fought against Julio Cesar Chavez, Roberto Duran and others. His last fight was a loss to Saul Duran on May 14, 2010. His final record was 79-6-3. Camacho was murdered in Puerto Rico and died from gunshot wounds on November 24, 2012. Offered here is a signed, hand painted boxing glove of Hector "Macho" Camacho.
This is an original, hand painted, black leather, left hand boxing glove with a beautiful image of Camacho on the back hand. Boldly signed in silver pen, "Macho Camacho." Clean with no noticeable flaws. 10" long.
