HISTORY: On November 17, 1941 at the Arena in Cleveland, Ohio light heavyweights Melio Bettina and Jimmy Bivins headlined the boxing show. Bettina won a unanimous ten round decison. Bettina wore down Bivins with a body attack, as he was able to bull Bivins around and tie him up in frequent clinches. The Cleveland Plain Dealer favored Bettina 7-2-1 in rounds. On the undercard California Jackie Wilson won a unanimous ten round decision over Sammy Secreet and Maxie Berger won a unanimous ten round decision over Beauford Glover. Offered here is a rare, original, on site, stubless ticket to this event. Authenticated by PSA/DNA.
