English Translation & Notes:

This poster is an international pro wrestling poster.

First, in the upper left corner, it says International Pro Wrestling in bold black and white letters, and below that it says Challenge Series in English.
Below that, on the left edge of the thick blue band, New Year is written in white letters, and the red letters outlined in yellow read Challenge Series in Japanese.

Next, we will introduce professional wrestlers in order from the right.

The man on the far right who looks like Antonio Inoki is a wrestler named Strong Kobayashi.
As a side note, when the management of international pro wrestling became difficult, Strong Kobayashi moved to New Japan and lost a match against Antonio Inoki that will go down in the history of Japanese pro wrestling.
Below Strong Kobayashi is Herbert from Trinidad and Tobago.
Michael Nader from Hungary on the left.
Bad Boy from Canada on the left.
On the left is Rousimoff, the world's tallest giant wrestler, 2 meters and 18 cm, from France.
On the left is the player Quasimodo, who is introduced in yellow letters as Notre Dame's Semushi Man. He is from Spain.
It seems that Quasimodo used the name Mr. Q when he competed in America.
Words written diagonally in black letters below the wrestlers.
"A Japanese athlete challenges Verne Gagne, the true world champion. The world championship match is finally here.”
Below Friday, February 6, ’70 6:30pm Match starts.
Below that, in large letters, is the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium in Sendagaya.
