On November 28, 1989 at Alumni Arena in Buffalo super lightweights Livingston Bramble and Kenny Vice (a replacement for Mike Johnson) headlined the boxing show. Bramble won when Vice was disqualified in round six. On the undercard future world heavyweight champion Riddick Bowe stopped Art Card in the 3rd round.
