On February 24, 1989 at the Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey world middleweight champion Iran Barkley defended his title against former champion Roberto Duran. Duran put Barkley on the canvas in the 11th round en route to winning a split 12 round decision and the title. Offered here is an original press kit which was distributed to the media for this event.
