HISTORY: Theodore "Tiger" Flowers was born on August 5, 1895 in Camille, Georgia. He was the first black American to hold a World Champsionship since Jack Johnson. He defeated Harry Greb on February 26, 1926 to win the Middleweight Championship of the World. Presented here is an original, photo postcard of Tiger Flowers which includes an advertisement on back from his manager Walk Miller. Circa 1920's.
