Rocky Marciano was the first and only man to win the Heavyweight Title and retire unbeaten. His record, a perfect 49-0, included victories over Jersey Joe Walcott, Ezzard Charles, Joe Louis and Archie Moore. Marciano was and continues to be one of the most popular champions of all time.
