HISTORY: On March 20, 1964 at Madison Square Garden in New York former world welterweight champion Luis Rodriguez fought tough Holly Mims in the main event. Rodriguez outboxed Mims and won a unanimous ten round decision. On the undercard welterweight Dickie DiVeronica won a unanimous 8 round decision over Tommy Garrison.
