HISTORY: Between March and May 1972 in Japan the IWE conducted the 4th World Series of wrestling. Among those featured was Monster Roussimoff (Andre The Giant). Others included: Ali Baba Maristani, Atsushi Hongo, Baron von Raschke, Devil Murasaki, Don Leo Jonathan, George Gordienko, Golden Apollon, Goro Tsurumi, Horst Hoffmann, Isamu Teranishi, Ivan Buyten, Jiro Inazuma, Katsuzo Matsumoto, Mr. Chin, Rusher Kimura, Strong Kobayashi, Takeshi Oiso, Tetsunosuke Daigo, Thunder Sugiyama, and Tito Kopa. In his final match of the series Monster Roussimoff lost to Strong Kobayashi.
