ALI, MUHAMMAD "I SHALL RETURN" SIGNED POSTER (SIGNED & ISSUED IN 1981 AT BERBICK FIGHT)

On December 11,1981 in the Bahamas Muhammad Ali fought Trevor Berbick in a heavyweight bout. Berbick would win the bout with a less that dramatic 10 round decision.This was Ali's last bout and the poor showing was brutal to watch and ended the career of "The Greatest". Presented here is a rare poster entitled "I Shall Return," a reference to Ali's comeback against Berbick in search of an unprecedented fourth heavyweight title. Ali signed this poster in 1981 at the hotel he was staying at in the Bahamas.
This is an original, paper, poster which pictures Muhammad Ali and lists each of his fights up to and including Larry Holmes. Ali has signed the poster in ink, "To Matthew Muhammad Ali 81." Bold color and print. Not creased or torn. Clean front and back. 24" x 36." Rare poster. Rarer still signed by Muhammad Ali in vintage hand.
