ALI, MUHAMMAD-LEON SPINKS II SOUVENIR PENNANT (1978)

On September 15 1978 Muhammad Ali met Leon Spinks for the Heavyweight Title. Ali would avenge his earlier loss to Spinks and would win the title back by unanimous decision. Ali became the first man to win the heavyweight title on three different occasions. Offered here is a rare souvenir pennant for this event.
This is an illustrated pennant with white background which includes the date of the fight. 29 1/2" in length excluding the tails which are present. Some soiling. Bold color. Several creases. No tack holes. Extremely rare version.
