HISTORY: Muhammad Ali fought Zora Folley on March 22, 1967 at Madison Square Garden in New York. Ali knocked Folley out in the 7th round to successfully defend his World Heavyweight Title. This was Ali's last fight in the 1960's. He was forced into retirement due to his refusal to accept military induction. For this fight with Folley Muhammad Ali stayed at the Loew's Midtown Motor Inn in New York City. It was here Ali signed this vintage Loew's postcard on the back, signing it as world heavyweight champion. A rare autograph from his last fight of the 1960's. Authenticated by PSA/DNA.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original Loew's Midtown Motor Inn postcard. Signed in ink on the reverse, "Muhammad Ali World Champ." Clean front and back. Small crease in lower right corner. Minor corner wear. Minor surface wear. 3 1/2" x 5 1/2." Photo shows Ali reading a newspaper at the Loew's Midtown Motor Inn the day after the fight. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA with cert # 83849604.
