Homer Amundsen of Tacoma, Washington was a boxing manager in that area from the 1920's into the 1950's. He managed Harry "Young" Ketchel and Pat McMurtry. In the 1940's he ran a gym under his name in Tacoma and later was the boxing caoch at the College of Puget Sound. Offered here is an original photograph of Amundsen holding the big bag for one of his pupils. Circa 1940's and the photo has been inscribed and signed by Homer Amunsen. From the collection of sports writer Charles Leseman.
