HISTORY: On June 5, 1964 at Madison Square Garden in New York lightweights Johnny Bizzarro and Frankie Navaez headlined the boxing show. Navaez pulled the upset winning a majority ten round decision. "Frankie Narvaez, the 7th ranking lightweight contender was lucky to gain a majority decision over Johnny Bizzarro from Erie, Pa., at MSG Friday night. Bizzarro, the #2 contender in the junior lightweight division, elected to fight at long range and he had the squat little Puerto Rican battler chasing him for most of the 10 rounds." -Associated Press.
