This is an original antique photo from the Tommy Burns-Bill Squires bout. The photo pictures Tommy Burns, Bill Squires and James Jeffries amoung others. The bout was won by Tommy Burns on July 4, 1907. The photo was taken by Percy Dana. It has been signed in ink in the lower right corner by Tommy Burns.
Rare large format photograph by Percy Dana picturing the participants in square-off pose. Signed in lower right corner in ink, "From Your Friend Tommy Burns." Signature is light, but readable. 20" x 30." Photo has several cracks, but no paper loss except some light chipping in the upper left corner. Some discoloration is evident across the top of the photograph. Rare photo and rarer still signed by the champion, Tommy Burns.
