HISTORY: Tony Canzoneri was born on November 6, 1908 in Slidell, Louisiana. He won the World Featherweight Title on October 24, 1927 in a bout with Johnny Dundee. He won the World Lightweight Title on August 2, 1929 from Sammy Mandell. He retired after losing to Al Davis on November 1, 1939 with a final record of 141-24-10 with 44 KO's. Presented here is a signed and inscribed photo post card of Tony Canzoneri. This was an advertising postcard from the Tony Canzoneri Paddock Bar & Grill in New York. 

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is a signed and inscribed in ink photo post card of Canzoneri in fight pose, "To Jack Curtis Second may you be like your dad from Tony Canzoneri with best wishes." The post card measures 3 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches. The card shows minor corner and edge wear. The back has advertising for Canzoneri's bar and grill. Very mild soiling. Lower corners have mild creases. No tears.
