HISTORY: On March 17, 1930 at the Arena in St. Louis future world heavyweight champion Primo Carnera fought Chuck Wiggins in the featured bout. Carnera knocked Wiggins out in the 2nd round. According to The Ring, May 1930, page 57: "Carnera dazed Wiggins in the second round, knocking him through the ropes, and Chuck could not get back in the ring in time to beat Walter Heisner's ten count."
