Cassius Clay won the Olympic Gold Medal in boxing at the 1960 Rome Summer Olympics. He defeated Sonny Liston on February 25, 1964 to win the World Heavyweight Title. He would become the first man to win that title three times. Changed his name to Muhammad Ali after defeating Liston. Presented here is a vintage 1960's stadium pin of Cassius Clay.
This pin pictures and names Cassius Clay. Pin perfectly intact. Clean front and back. One small spot of foxing on lower right side outside of image. 1 3/4". Scarce.
