HISTORY: On July 2, 1973 former heavyweight champion Joe Frazier and Joe Bugner fought at Earl's Court in London, England. Frazier won a 12 round hard fought decision.  British referee Harry Gibbs, the only official, scored it 59¼ points for Frazier and 58½ for Bugner. Under the British scoring system, the winner of a round receives 5 points and the loser 4¾. Frazier put Bugner down with a left hook in a neutral corner in the tenth round. Offered here is an original, on site poster to this event.

FULL DESCRIPTION: This is an original, cardboard, on site poster which names and pictures both fighters. Two holes atop for hanging string. Bold color and print. Bold, clear images. Minor soiling. No tears. Not creased, but has compressions from handling. 14 1/4" x 21 1/2."
