Joe Frazier was born on January 12, 1944 in Beaufort, South Carolina. He won the World Heavyweight Title on February 16, 1970 in a bout with Jimmy Ellis. He eventually lost the title to George Foreman on January 22, 1973. Frazier's most memorable fights were the three with Muhammad Ali. He retired after fight Floyd Cummings on December 3, 1981 with a final record of 32-4-1 with 27 KO's. Presented here is an original International Boxing Hall Of Fame Cover which has been signed by Joe Frazier.
This is an original International Boxing Hall Of Fame Inaugural first day cover which is date stamped June 10, 1990. Boldly signed in thin blue sharpie by Joe Frazier. Not creased or torn. Clean front and back. 3 1/2" x 6 1/2."
