HISTORY: On June 6, 1947 at the Federal Athletic Club in San Diego world heavyweight champion Joe Louis boxed in a 4 round exhibition with fighters Rusty Payne and Gene Felton. In another bout on the show rising middleweight "Irish" Bob Murphy stopped Gil Whitesides in the 4th round. The show also included wrestling with rising star Karol Krauser appearing. Offered here is a rare, original, official program for this event.
