FULL DESCRIPTION: 12.5" tall white metal figural clock (w/bronze gilt) on 4x9" base. United Clock Corp. c. 1938. Boxing ring ropes motif around base, w/boxing gloves featured on either side. Raised "Joe Louis - World Champion" text on scroll below clock base. Upper body of Louis seen above clock in boxing stance. Clock unit and wiring has been replaced and is now working. This presents about as well as any we have seen and keep proper time.
