PATTERSON, FLOYD-INGEMAR JOHANSSON III SIGNED OFFICIAL PROGRAM (1961)

On March 13, 1961 at Convention Hall in Miami Beach heavyweight champion Floyd Patterson defended his title against Ingemar Johansson, the man he regained it from the year before. Patterson was down twice in the first round, but also put Johansson down once. In the sixth Patterson ended it stopping Johansson for good in defense of his crown. Offered here is the official program to this event which has been signed on the cover by Floyd Patterson and Ingemar Johansson.
This official program is 32 pages complete with photos and profiles of the fighters. Signed on the cover in thin black sharpie by both Floyd Patterson and Ingemar Johansson. Good tight binding.
